  I've never been let down by the food or the service here. It's definitely one of my choice places to go. This location is always busy and it's because they do an outstanding job and never disappoint. If you've been having one of those weeks where you just need something to go right... Take yourself out to dinner and come here

  I have mixed opinions. When they get the food right and the service is good, I want to give them 5 stars, because it's phenomenal. However, they're inconsistent on both fronts. I've waited over an hour for my food, been sassed by the manager when I complained, and been served raw steak on a few occasions (ordered medium) which caused me to complain to corporate. But I've also had excellent, perfectly cooked food and great service on other visits.

  From beginning to end, an awful experience. My family and I spent THREE HOURS at this "establishment" which included sub-par service, the hostesses forgetting our party, and the manager LYING to us. I called ahead and was told that the wait time was 20-30 minutes. Once we got there to let them know all of us were there, the hostesses told us they'd check for our table. They did not tell me anything further, so I asked 5 minutes later and they hadn't checked anything. Then they told me it would be an additional 45-55 minute wait. We waited this additional time and once they started calling other groups of the same sizes to their table I went back up and made sure we were still on the list. They confirmed we were. After more tables were seated another member of my family went up to ask why FIVE groups were seated before us, and they admitted to skipping us. When we were finally seated, my father asked to speak to the manager. He told her what happened and asked why our family was also not seated together. She replied with excuses about how the tables do not go together, that she actually moved us up on the list, and then blamed the kitchen for being slow. Since we knew that they skipped us on the list, and that we have previously had a large group seated together at this restaurant, we knew that she was lying to us. She promised to get us free appetizers, but did not notify the waitress, nor did we get to choose the appetizers. While our meal was okay, we are very disappointed in the service. All we wanted was a good family meal together, but ended up spending THREE hours frustrated and irritated.
